Now more than ever the mental health of those around us, of those we know and those we do not are of utmost importance. With a sharp increase in Anxiety and Depression amongst individuals in our communities I feel it is time to do whatever, little or great, to bring awareness, support and funds to help whomever needs it.
What can we do? I say we can keep a focus of mental Health on everyone’s minds and provide an opportunity for others to do the same. Through participation, challenge and donations. #MTB4MH (Mountain Biking for Mental Health) I feel is a great start.

Take it upon yourself to ride four days in a row, four different trails, 100km cumulative distance. Here is how your donation helps someone experiencing challenges with mental health
$30 provides an individual with 30 minutes of mental health counselling over the phone.
$100 provides an individual with a one-on-one session with a mental health counsellor.
$300 provides 3 meals a day for one month to a residential crisis client. $500 provides a one day/one night stay in a therapeutic environment for an individual working through their mental health crisis.
